Rock: Superlattices Rocking Curves Simulation Program
for Windows 95/98/NT

The developed program simulates diffraction patterns (rocking curves) of various types of semi-conductor superlattices using the Takagi-Taupin equations.

The diffraction pattern is simulated using as parameters the reflection, the type of radiation, and the layers, which are arranged in "blocks" and consists on III-V, II-VI, V semiconductor layers. Doped layers can be included by selecting the concentration of the dopant atom.
Keep checking this site for future updates on the program.
